hey ya i talked to the guy at glassworksunlimited.com and he said that if they get some where in the range of eight to eleven people questioning or just requsting for them to make some prerunner bed sides for the dakota. they'll start on them then. so the favor i'm asking for is either email them or call them and ask or request them to start making them. that way i can start on the build up project "Dakota Prerunner". it will have coil over shocks on all four coners, King shocks in the rear with the 3 or 4 link rear end, doetsch shocks up front, custom control arms up front, custom bed cage along with a built in fuel cell, custom bumpers. this truck will have true dual exhast while keeping the v-6. my ultimate goal is to push out at lease 250-275 horse power out of the stock 3.9L. so can you guys help me?

Did they specify what model years they would consider? Have you got a front and rear prerunner bumper and some extra headlights installed yet? You should also look into a spare tire carrier for your bed. That will really add to the look. I also have removed my tailgate and installed some bedwall stabilizers which adds to the look.

I'm dying to see your finished truck!

no i'm not going to get that stuff made til i get the body done first and the rear coil over shocks. i'm going to have a bed cage with a intergraded fuel cell cage, spare tire points (2 spare tires), radadiator, and rear bumper. the bed it self will be gone the bed cage will support the bed sides, so thatdoes away with the "bedwall stabilizers" that you had suguested. thanks for the idea though. the lights i have in mind are a HID headlight set up with four Hella Rallye 4000 on the front prerunner bumper. the rear axle is fixing to sent off to be build. it's going to be a custom Ford 9" rear end threw Currie. if ya have an better sugestion on what therear end should be just let me know. but i'll let ya know this much until glassworksunlimited.com makes the bed sides i'm not puting anyting together. i'll just keep buying what i need to build the project. anymore ideas will help (becuase we're all human and i may forget to mention something or another).

Dude .. That'd ROCK if they made the rear to match the front :-) would look so much better then just having the front done.

I've caled them before about it but I'll call again. Your talking about the fenders for the rear correct? .. Also did you ask if they have something that isn't quite as dramatic? Because I'd only want alittle bigger opening not so much flaired. Heh I'll ask what am I saying.. .GAH! it's to early.
