Most areas have a "truck trader" magazine filled with trucks for sale too. Check your local magazine store. Internet is full of auctions, classified ads, etc too.
Used car lots? New car lots with a used truck section?

Believe it or not, they auction a lot of them off on ebay. I've never bought anything on there over $300, but all my experiences with them have been good ones.
