i've got a 98 5.2 2wd with 2" leveling coils and 31" tires (my 2" body lift is in the mail). i was wondering if anyone knows of a place to get aftermarket upper control arms for cheap? also, does anyone make lift spindles for dakotas??

I think AIM has some upper control arms... www.truckn.com
And I know Fabtech has some, too. Not sure who is cheaper, though. Unfortunitly, nobody (yet) makes a lift spindle for the Dakota. I would REALLY love to add those to my 2wd as soon as I find some!

Yeah, go to Aim Ind, they have upper and lower control arms. A couple hundred bucks should get em. Fabtech does make a lift spindle dont they? 3in er I thought. Well, get ahold of Aim and tell them you want the spindles, I have been trying to get those suckers to make em for a while. They say in a year they will ahve them but I WANT THEM NOW! Spoiled I guess... We are in line behind the Rangers for spindle production. Damn Ford..

Fabtech's 3 inch lift is just coils and upper control arms. no spindles. TallQuad, Joe E thanks for the link to AIM. they had the cheapest price i've seen. Has anyone tried talking to dodge about the lift spindles? they're starting to sell lifted trucks stock so they might have the part.

they don't make a lift spindles for the dak, but me the company AIM are getting together to make a cradle system to drop the rack and pinion so you can use a lift spindle. they said the project should start after the 1st of the year. this system will have a built skid plate to! ya have a good day

Josh, I dont know what the deal is either. I just sent you an email too. About the lift. Is it a cradle lift for 6in? Or their 3in coil lift with 3in spindles, or what?
