Subject: Better front end parts?
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a 98 extended cab 4x4 with a 3" body lift. I bought it
from someone who had blocks and torsion bars cranked...
Also has 32" tires on it. I was having constant control arm
issues, ball joint, pitman arms and other parts constantly going
out. Idk whether its from the tires or the torsion lift he had
going on. The question i have now is, are there any specifc
parts that will hold up better. I have to change my ball joints
again for the 3rd time in a year and my control arms just
slipped again. Just want some more solid parts. Input is
appreciated.

I realize this is an older post, but...

I would balance tires 1st...maybe have the tires true'd (not many places have the equipment to do that these days). something is causing the wear.
