 Subject: 15" rims on a 2001

I was wondering if i can put 15" rims on my 2001 QC 4x4. I was told they won't fit cause in '01 they upgraded the brakes so 16" is the minimum. Is this true, or can I make it work?

They didn't upgade the brakes untill 03. I have 15in factory wheels on my 02 2wd they clear the brakes fine.

Go out and look. How much clearance is there between your 16" wheels and your brakes? If it's more than an inch, then you can use the smaller wheels.
