 Subject: no lights on 4x4 switch?

2001 QC 4x4 4.7,i am not getting any lights on the 4x4 switch on the dash. and the 4x4 is not working,the truck runs fine but no 4x4.
i have tried a new switch on the dash but no luck.
thanks for any help

Try making sure that all the vaccum lines are hooked up or not pluged. My light didnt come on in my 89 because of that. The four wheel worked, just not the light. Good luck!!
