crossed a creek the other day and ran into some water in the air filter....truck stuttered and died. anyway, just wondering if anybody has modified a snorkel for their dak.
I saw a homemade on a ram and i didn't really like it. i am thinking I should buy a jeep or land rover snorkel and then modify to fit my dak? any suggestions appreciated.

If you want one youll have to modify one to fit from another vehicle. Finding which one would be easiest to modify is the trick. Find a local dealer that stocks them perhaps...so you could take them out of the box and look at it. Otherwise just look at a 4x4 meet and see the different makes there.
I was wanting to do this with the ARB winch/brushguard...i have a sneaking suspicion that one for a late Toyota Tacoma would be a good fit with slight mods to the mounts for our Dodges. Ive just never found a place to actually look at one in person without buying it!
