That was cruel. Im sitting here getting ready to go to bed at 11:30, and I think,"well maybe he posted those pictures", so I check. I see the "PITCURES" heading and get all excited. I thought for sure I was going to be ordering the goodies tommorow. Oh well, best comes to those who wait, I guess?

Well, I just picked up 1 roll from the store. They are supposed to be emailing them to me as well. Havent received them yet. Unfortunately I still have 2 more rolls to be done. 1 from the other day and one that I took at the beach today. The roll they got done is all Pre-lift at the beach. Only 1 on it turned out for the lift and that was of the back end after I took the rear bumper off. I hate waiting as much as you guys.

Hawkeye, It's hard to tell from the pics, but is there a very noticable gap between the rear frame and the box? Did you have to fabricate a cover for the gap?

Not bad at all, Still going to get some gap guards though. Mainly because of the tires slinging stuff onto the engine. There s more of a gap there than on the bed but the bed could use them too. They are no where near as bad as what the Toyotas ans S-10's look.

That looks sweet...
going to have to add that to the wish list.
Couple questions though,
1)Which body lift kit did you use?
2)What components will require fabrication?
3)I would prefer to use my stock 16" rims (16x8 I believe) with 285/75/16 tires, but will these fit without rubbing?
4)At the same time as the lift I would also change the rear gear ratio, which gears should I get?

My truck is a 2001 CC 4x4 3.9L

1. Performance Accessories
2. None, the kit has everything you need.
3. Yes, those will fit perfect and will perform well. Had those on my 99 F150. They are in between a 33x12.50 and a 32x11.50.
4. The only ones that are available for 2000 and up are the 3.90's. That is what I am going to get soon.
Hope that helps.

Lookd great Hawkeye. My kit should be at my doorstep today = ). Next I'll be lookin at some 285/75R16 BFG Mud Terrains. Did you mention in another post that something had to be welded? A transfer case something-or-other? What about a steering extension? Also, did the 2000's have an electric transfer case like the 2001's? Should that matter?

Thanks,
MikeC

There is an extension that had to be welded in to the transfer case linkage but thats because I have the manual shifter. If you have the dash mounted electronic shift switch then you wont have to do that to my knowledge.

Thanks for all the compliments. I have 1 more roll of film to get developed and get posted but it may be a week or two on them. Have to send the film to Seattle Washington to get it developed. Dont ask. As soon as they get it back to me I will get them up as well. Hopefully some of them will be a little clearer and more detailed than the current ones.
