i read somehwere that the 3 inch P.A. body lift will accomodate 35 inch tires on stock wheels. this was supposed to be on a 2000 durango..anyone know anything baout this?

absolutely no way. not even close as a matter of fact. maybe if you had no feneders at all. even then you couldn't turn do to frame rub, especially on stock rims. whoever told you that was wrong.

i know a guy who did it on a dakota. looked stupid the tires were stuffed into the fender wheels. he didnt drive it much couldnt turn the wheels enough to pull into a parking space with out driving it like a semi.

I have a P.A. 3 inch body lift on my 99 Dak with 35 inch BFG all-terrains and they are not stuffed in the wheel wells.

A few have done it and I have gone wheeling with a guy who runs that combo. Works and looks good. Dakotas have no front travle anyways so you wont be stuffing to bad.

Just search and you will find the stuff you need to know...

I have the PA and 33x12.50 and they rub a little so I cant see how 35 will not rub

I have a 2" lift and 33x12.5x15 on aftermarket wheels and they rubb the frame when fully turned, so 35 will not work unless you have some nasty offset wheels, and some lower fender and lower bumper trimming.
