I was just thinking about taking off one of my stock flairs today and i was wondering if any one else has done this before and how good does it look without them. I have AE wheels with swamper TSL's so it might chip up my paint, that is the only thing holding my back from doing it. IF possible, let me know if anyone has any pics of their truck like this.

It looks like sh*t dude - why would you want to take them off? (unless you're planning on replacing them)

It looks 200% better with fender flares on. PLus it's illegal to have the rubber sticking out beyond the fender.

where are you from cause the cops don't care bout the rubber past the fender part really cause there is trucks everywhere around here that has them like that. The only thing i don't like about it is i don't want my paint scatched up from rocks hitting it.

From BC Canada...

I just saw a dakota this morning without the fender flares... It was a 4x4, but not a sport... Man it was ugly.

Way better looking with the flares than without. I see dakotas without flares sometimes and they look unfinished IMO. I like the flares better myself.
