Do you think that i could fit on 35's with a six inch lift for my 2000 4.7 4X4 dakota. And with a six inch suspension do you think i would have to extend my drivshaft or anything else. It is also independent front suspension

They are both crap. The only decent one is Rancho 3"..you can add a 3" body for 6" total. Thats about all you can do, besides get a different truck or do a Solidaxle setup.

i have looked at the solid axle but they all say i doesn't matter because of the rack and pinion stearing.

All right without making this a long post....
In order to do a sas on your Dakota you will have to remove everything that your Dakota has in the front suspension. You basically are going to start from scratch and design and build yourself a new front end.

Actualy u can get up to 2 inches of lift on the front end by tighting ur tortion bars. On my truck i cranked the tortion bars to got 1 and 3/4 of an inch on the front and to level it off i put a 1 inch lift block on the back.

For six inches of lift just do the 3" Rancho plus a 3" BL this combo has worked for a few people running 35" Tires.
