97 Sport, Regular cab, 318, 4x4. We'll get that out of the way.

So around October when Winter kicks in, I'll need new tires, mine should be replaced about then.

So as long as I need new tires...I need a lift. :)

What do ya'll recomend. For off-road preformance. There a lot of fun stuff in Colorado, from mud to rocks. I do great without a lift, but I could do better. So......budget does have limits.

I used to post a lot here. Then got really busy...a lot has changed.

Depends on how much money you want ot spend.
A Rancho 3 inch susp lift will let you run 33x12.50 tires on 15x8 rims. I recommend BFG AT's. Although the new BFG MT's (new design if anyone hasnt seen them yet) are sweet looking. Only problem with them is the AT's do better on the ice than the MT's but the MT's do better in snow. Lots of other tires that do good as well. I'll leave the tires choice up to you. If you change your mind about the lift, you can run 32x11.50's on 15x7 rims. Thats what I have with no lift. I do recommend the Rancho lift though. As soon as the new one for 2000 and up Daks is released I will be going straight to the bank.
