I'm assuming you plan a SAS because a 3' IFS lift would look and be quite silly and or useless.

Not even a big anything...the wind would blow it over. Something like that "offroad" is worthless. Good for puddles though!

it could work if u run a straight axle and basically design everthing yourself cause it will ahve to be custom made. It could romp with a strait axle under the front, butyet again it is a stupid idea enless it is for show only.

To get a Dak 3 feet in the air would cost about $15,000 for everything from the body down and about a month.

Is anyone actually thinking about this? A 3' LIFT! The bottom of the door is about 20" stock. Add 36" to that, you are now at 56". Now your stock tires are about 31" tall. These would look very silly so you put on, oh say 48" tires. This will give you about 8-1/2" more height. You are now at 64-1/2" height at the bottom of the door. Think about it.

Hey, don't bash him for his idea. Sure, it's expensive, and not very practical, but if the man wants to blow his money on it, I say more power to him. That'll certainly look sick. Def not for me, but I'd like to see sumthin that custom.

Why does everyone have to blast on this guy for wanting to have a big truck. Maybe it wont perform off road, but he might not want it to. Just because all you guys want your dakota to romp off road doesn't mean everyone has the same oppinions. how many people said that SAS dak was sweet? I thought it was, and Id like to see one in person. So if this guy wants to build one, I say go for it. Dont ruin his ideas with negative comments (that isn't feedback). Sorry for venting, but I come to this site for help, and this kind of thing ruins the site. Please try to be less negative you guys.
James

Anyone who wants to know where to "BUY" a 3 FEET suspension lift , is just plain stupid , and will be treated as such.

I`d like to see more well built SAS Daks out there too , not some slapped together junkyard dogs , but anyone with half a brain knows you don`t buy a 3 feet lift over-the-counter , you would have to build it or have it built....in reality 12-18 inches of lift would be overkill.
