will a 2002 body lift work a a 2004 truck, I dont think there is any difference between the two this there? any help would be great thanks

I went ahead and ordered a lift today it should in 3-10-04 i am going to try it on my 04 quadcab hopefully it will work.

I put a 3" bodylift on my 2000 standard cab, and can't think of any reason it wouldn't work. I have no idea if they have changed anything though.

dacoada, I also put a lift on a 2000 but it was a quadcab not to difficult so hopefully i will not have problems with this 04, could you let me konw if you hear anything? thanks

I will. I am in the process of selling my 2000 so I can get a Quad Cab. But if it will be a year before they have a lift, I will probably get a used 2001 or 2002.
Let me know how the lift install goes.

i went ahead and started the prelift tonight so hopefully it will be one by thurs. or fri i will let you know when it is done and how it went.

the lift has been done sence thursday on my 2004 qc dakota already put 285/75/16 tires under it and have not had any problems, there are a few thing to watch for if you do one on a 04.

I have a 3" body lift on my 03 QC and am running 305 70R 16 procomps and had a little trouble with rubbing on the lower part of the fender shroud. a simple trim and no more problem.
