 Subject: trailmaster lift extras?

when you buy the trailmaster lift, do you need to buy a longer pitman arm, etc? or does the kit come with one? also, if any one has pictures of a gen 2 dak with the lift, please write the URL so i can view them

I installed the 91-96 Trailmaster kit on my 88 Dakota. It reuses the stock pitman and idler arms and replaces the center link with a new one with welded drop brackets for the tie rods. Click on one of the photos below to go to my webpage. Then select “Walt-n-Ingrid’s Dakota” page, then “Tips and Modifications”. At the bottom, you’ll find links to “Project 1HIDAK” which has all of the photos of the installation of the kit on my truck. You will also find the TrailMaster Installation Instructions in .PDF format. It’s a large download, about 6MB if I recall.
