 Subject: rim width and tire size?

i am wanting to put a set of 15 in rock crawlers and 32/11.50/15 on a 2000 4x4 Dakota. my question is, what is the width of the stock rims and will a 15x7 and the 32's cause any problems? they dont make the RC's in 15x8 with the correct lug pattern but they do in 15x7. thanks for the help.

I now have 255-70-R16 tires on my Explorer with 16" x 7" rims.
I want to go taller and narrower, what are my options in tire sizes for this wheel?
