They should be O.K. They are not much wider than stock.

You may have a little rubbing on the frame at full turn, but it shouldn't bind. I have 32X11.5 on mine and it rubs just slightly with 3/8" wheel spacers. If rubbing is a problem, there is a guy on ebay that sells the spacers for $27. You don't have to change studs with 3/8" spacers either.
