Message: I want to check to see if I installed my skidplates right, and to see if I have all of the plates I am supposed to have.
Does anybody have any pics of thier Dakota that shows the underside with factory skidplates? If not, would someone help a buddy out and take a quick pick or two? Thank you all in advance.
These are for the 2000 and newer. They finally started making steel plates for our trucks as far as I know but the original plates were plastic composite material,
THe plates for the '97-'99 were steel and are different.

Thankyou for the pics, even though its 2000 and newer it still gives me a rough idea of what it is supposed to look like.
Also when I talked to the dealership I looked at their paper catalogs for these skid plates. Some of the plates are the same from 97 to present and some of them changed after 2000. I appoligize, I dont remember which ones changed and which ones didnt. But they are all steel now.
If anyone else has another pic from a 97-99 that would still be very appreciated.
