 Subject: rear axle

I don't have an axle layin around here, but can an axle from 97-up that fit the v8 dakotas, 4x4 sprung over leaf purches, are they the same length as the 9.25" axles in the rams. I konw they are both 9.25", and will they fit a 94 sport 4x4?

A dakota axle will not fit a Ram. the spring perches are different spacing ( ram has a wider frame) and also a wider body.
