 Subject: off road rear bumper

I need to get a new rear bumper for my 99' single cab 4x4 and wanted something other than stock. I was looking for something with the off road look and was functional off road. I will also be towing occasionally so I need some kind of reciever as well. All ideas would be helpfull. Thanx

you could fab up a bumper out of some steel tubes, but that is if you are good at fabricating, but if you just have a welder and can get some tubes bent, anything is possible, use your imagination and make you back bullet proof. Steve

what year is your truck i have a rear bumper for sale it made off 2 2inch tubes running across the back and rap around the side and than together it's great for side proctection it also has noched to fit a HI JACk on the bottom to lift the truck up it came off a gen II with a 3 inch body lift. there are some pic's at http://dtw.truckmoxie.com/mygallery.ten?id=4864

Were working on a set of matching front and rear bumpers for dakota trucks. prices should run about 450 for the rear and 600-800 depending on w or wo winch lights and shackle points.
Will look like ARB
Were fabbing a couple up Im making them for my truck, but if there is enough intrest we may produce a run

they are off a 79 ford bronco. it's a dana 44 and the rear is off the same it's a ford 9". thanks later

Were still jacking around with them. E mail me ss454454@socal.rr.com. I just want to get a good idea of the intrest out there. Im cutting the plate steel next week and gonna start welding it and install it. then I gotta go see how strong it is by bashing it in a few things
