I've had the PowerTrax No Slip for about 6 months now. I haven't had any problems with it yet but I haven't gone through a winter with it either. It reminds me it's back there every once in a while but other than that it's just like the factory open diff except there's no slip ;)

I ordered mine from Summit because they are closest to me and it installed in about an hour in my driveway.
