Subject: Question.. About Torsion Bars

Message:
Hey What going on guy's.

I know that this has been covered many times. I did a search and never could really find what I was looking for so here goes.

I have a 2002 Dakota 4.7 Extra Cab 4X4. And I was wondering I have a 3inch PA body lift on it and my front end isn't level with the back end. It was pretty level when before I lifted it. I have cranked the torsion bars up before.

MY question is if crank the bars up again to get it level I think it would max them out. Would this be ok If I added the new Rancho 9000X incab system?

Or are there any other option for me to take?

If so please let me know

Thanks For All the Help. You guys are great on there with all the help.

Justin

How far did you crank them before? You should be able to do about 2" without overstressing anything. Mine are up about 1.5" or so and with no ill effects. The ride is a little harsher, but not annoying.
