Hawkeye, Hawkeye, Hawkeye, how many times have I told you not to play with fire, bad boy. Besides, you only have puny little 15X7" rims, don't you? Tehe, just kidding. Anyway, for those who are interested, ignore that masked man behind the lifted 4x4 & feel free to reply.

Yes as a matter of fact I do have those "puny" little 15x7's with puny little 32x11.50 tires on them. Hehehe. Hard for a pyromaniac not to play with fire. Masked man, hehehehehe.

Really guys, good opportunity here for you 4x4 guys. Tires are a lot more available and cheaper for the 15's.

Hawkeye, everybody funny, now you funny too, LOL. I was actually in contact with someone who was interested. I think he lives in Oregon, when he asked me how we could do the swap, I advised him we could just UPS them at the same time to each other using 2nd day delivery, but it could cost $200 since I live in PA. We would also have to have transportation back up for the down time as well. I haven't heard from him since, either the cost, or the 2 day downtime scared him, or he is on vacation. Anyway, still hopeful. He said the same thing you did, that he would have a lot more tires to choose from using the 15x8" rims & thus less of a lift is necessary.

I currently air down to about 20psi at the beach. Dont need to go any lower so far cause they float so well at 20 that I dont even use 4wd hardly. 7 inch wide rims are fine. Just like 33x12.50's are fine on 8 inch wide rims. Ran them on my F150's at 12 - 15 psi off road for 10 years. No bead locks, stock rims. I dont do any rock crawling (kinda hard to find them much bigger than your hand here in Florida :-)) so I am not putting the tires under any extreme compression.

I like the AT/S tires. They are much better than the stock RTS ones. I had a set of the AT/S on my 99 F150 and they did pretty good, but the BFG's have just given me better performance on and off road. Viper has Cooper AT's and they do really good as well. Yes we have plenty of mud here, lol. Lots of sand and dirt too.
