 Subject: New BFG's, White letters In or Out

Just got some new 32X11.5XR15 BFG AT's and I can't decide if I should mount the white letters of the tires on the outside or on the inside! I was just looking for some opinions.

I mounted mine out. That's how the stock tires were and I liked it. If you put the blackwall out the tires look taller though.

Turn them in. Especially if you have the Sport. The black side wall looks good with the black bumper, etc. Its a cleaner, neater appearance.

to the man with a comment posted directly above me (quadman) please let me know what size and brand wheel you are running. That is the exact look i want for my '02 quad cab, but i cant seem to find that style wheel with that much outter depth. Brain, those look like AE 589's to me ... probably 8", but could be 10".

im pretty sure he has 10in. 589s cuz i saw him on another post telling about all the rubbing on the bumper/fenders he gets

They are probably 589's. I think I remember in his post fro building his rig that he said he was putting those on. Mickey Thompson makes the original that they bought from Alcoa. I think AE just copies that design.

I guess that address pretty much answers the questions you have. On the road this setup works fine and does no rubbing at all but if you plan on wheelin any go with 32's. I am now in the process of adding the 3" Rancho so here come the 35's!

hey quadman...u have 32s??? im in the process of getting new wheels but debating on whethere i should get some 305s or 285's...im going with good year wrangler all terrains and leaning towards the 305's...u think i will get too much rubbing?? i do mild offroading not major
