I have 90 or so photo's to still process. The video tells it all!
We had a blast! But at 1330 we found trail # 147 and I was leading, since I had the GPS and the trails were on it (cool), when all of the sudden PPPSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Yep Back tire going quick. I yell back Back the hell up I am losing air fast.
I add a can of fix a flat, this was just a waste of precious time. We are atleast 3 mile from flat hard ground and it is muddy everwhere. I hauled ass down about a mile til we had to change the flats. Thanks to Craig and I not putting a 33 on our spares we had 2 tires the same size for front 31's and back 33's. Now I had to continue down hill in 2wd which was pretty easy. Glad it was down hill!

Message: It look like a big chunk of glass but I think it was some of the natural rock and stone with some really sharp edges. This stuff penetrated the whole lug! That is over 3/4" deep and not just 1 tire but 2!
We had the tire change pretty well covered DJ, Good thing you left. You would have been just standing around! LOL. Craig already had the videographer job covered. Thank goodness for editing!
I will be running 31's at Hollister this weekend.

Message: That was no beer bottle, it went through the whole lug. After getting the tire clean and to the tire shop they told my it can not be repaired. I am taking it to my normal tire guy tomorrow and see what he says. It is a pretty big gash. The other tire is fixable.
Glad I have that extra DJ! If I had of been on my AT's I would have been screwed for a tire. Guess I gotta get one now so I am ready.
