I have gotten it to rub a few times on the front of the rear wheel well at the fender flare. I trimmed it a little. 33x12.5x15 MT. Got a chunk cut out of some of the lugs from that metal pc just behind the fender flare.

Keep in mind dweishaar is 2wd with a 6" lift equivalent to a 4x4 with a 3" and he jumps his. Forexfour has no lift just the hanson bumper to clear his 33's.

He is running 13.50 width Baja Claws and prolly on a set of wheels that stick out further than stock. Not suprised they would catch fender somewhere at full flex even with 3" body lift, add the Rancho kit and no more rubbing:)

Hey 2thextrm.
What Rancho kit are you talking about.
And yes it is a 4X4 with 3" Body, 33 X 13.5 on
offset 15" rims. At FULL flex (as you call it) the
Baja Claws grab the front wheel flair screws
and try to rip them off. I replaced the stock pan
head screws with a combo of fender washers
with countersunck bolts. Now the tires more
or less just rub the bolts. But it still sounds in
the cab like someone is using a small jack
hammer in the bed of my truck.

I've got some rubbing also. I'm running 35" BFGoodridge Mud Terrain's with 6 inches of lift. Anyone ever trim the wheel wells? I'm wondering what to use to get a good straight cut.

I used a dremel tool on mine and it turned out great. After cutting, I just used a sanding bit on the dremel and smoothed it out. I've heard that some others just used a really sharp knife.

I'm talking about the lower corners of the fenders, not sure if that is what you are asking about though.

Yea, I used a Dremel on the front and it worked nice. I have some rubbing on the back of the front wheel also. I'm going to crank up the bars 1". That should fix it!
