i have a 95 4x4 with a 5.2 and i found a chrome differential cover for a 9 1/4 axle and i was wondering how i could tell if that is what i have

Dakotas have an 8 1/4" unless you have an R/T I think they have the 9 1/4"

9 has 12 bolts going around and the 8 whatever has 10
