I have a 96 GMC Z71 with buckshot mudders. They are about half worn, but I can go damn near anywhere I want to with them. My opinion, they are sweet tires, excellent for mudding.

I like my buckshots, because they are good for almost anything I do. I don't like my TSL's for anything over 25 MPH, though, but I did chew them up pretty bad on some rocks.

I put Buckshots on my 95 Z-71 that I use as my huntin/fishin rig. I have ran BFG ATs, Hankook, and now Buckshot Mudders. They are not as refined as the BFGs on-road but perform great offroad. (If you have the power to spin them clean when necessary.) They are much quieter than the Hankooks on road and better performers off-road. I drive my truck 400 miles to western Kansas to phesant and mule deer hunt ten to twenty times a year. The have great treadwear. I will stick with Buckshots as long as I am beating on trucks.

Had a beast of a 79 Blazer. This thing would smoke all four tires and looked like a hunk of junk. It was the perfect toy. I got rid of the mud kings that came with it within three weeks of use. I didn't like them on pavement and thought they were sub-standard in the muck. I loved my BFGs ($$$$$) and Buckshots.

Ok guys i have a '94 Chevrolet Z71 and i need some new tires. Im thinkin about gettin either Remington Mub Brutes or those Maxxis Buckshot Mudders. How much do the Maxis tires cost and which is a better buy?? I go hunting every year and encounter many a mudhole. My ALL-Terrains have been holding strong till now and i would like a good set of tires to play in the mud with.

I've got buckshots on my 84 ram 3/4 ton 4x4. They are great in mud and snow and quieter than any other mud tire i've owned on the highway. I don't about how many miles you get out of a set of them as the truck doesn't get driven a lot.

I have the buckshot mudders on my 4x4 1 ton ford diesel. I have went through some wicked mud and have never gotten stuck. I am always the one pulling everybody else out. The tires do great on and off road. I recommend the tire if you do lots of off roading.
