I have these in 31x11.5x16 on stock 16x8 rims. They look awesome on the truck and are incredible in the snow and mud. They fit fine. Lock to lock with no rub. A word of warning, If you do a lot of driving on the highway there are a few things to consider.
1. They are very loud at 30 and 55MPH. Like driving on the rumble strips all the time.
2. They are LT bias plys and not radials and they require strict attention to air pressure when run on the road.
3. They don't like speeds above 60MPH.
4. Judging by current wear they're only going to last about 20-25,000 miles.
Unlike the BFGs or the Goodyears, EVERYONE notices these tires and they are the best looking tires I've seen on a Dakota. I was driving in 4 Hi in 7" of fresh snow at about 20MPH and decided to mash brakes to see if they would slide. The truck jerked to a stop like I was on dry pavement. I also went up a hill (40-45 degrees) in the same snow with very little spinning. Absolutely the best tires I've had in the mud or snow. The tracks I leave behind in the snow look like someone ran a roto-tiller down the road. My current plans are to keep this set on the stock wheels for winter and to buy a second set in 31x11.5x15 on 15x8 ARs or Welds for the summer. The difference in looks just by changing tires is amazing and I now get compliments daily. I'm currently getting pics developed and I'll get them out when I can. My computers been acting up the last few weeks.

hey ive got some 34x10.5 ltbs on my yota and i just love em to death, but i had some boggers before and i liked them better
