Subject: Stock Sway Bar w/Tuff Country Lift
IP: Logged

Message:
Did anyone put the sway bar back on in the front with the Tuff Country Lift? I did for the first two weeks after I put the lift on but one of the mounts to the frame bent and so it won't stay in the slots on the lower control arms. I was just curious because I have been riding without it for about 5 months now. No big problem to me but my roomates complain about how it looks like I am going to roll going around turns. Just thought I would ask everyone else.

Holy hell, if my truck lowered and stock without swaybars was pretty spooky sometimes, I can't imagine a lifed vehicle, lol. You should fix that.

I take mine on and off depending on the type of wheeling I'm going to be doing. Right now it's off and one of the shock bolts broke (unrelated) so if you want spooky, try lifted, no sway bar and one missing shock up front. Now that's fun...

a set of stiff aftermarket shocks should cure much of the body roll you're experiencing.
