Your restriction at the moment is the heads and cam. It can be partialy solved with 1.7 RRs but you will realize a good amount of HP with the heads and cam.

In my opinion you should do them all at once if money will allow. It would be allot easier and faster to do all at the same time.

If I got the 4 bbl, I would get like 8 mph. Plus all of the 2bbls are on back order again....

Jonas at Premier Automotive said that it would work better for the performance mods I was doing....

kris, i have heard of R/T guys going from the 4bbl to the 2bbl. you might want to wait and get the 2bbl, and save your bottom end torque.

even scott q, is using the 2bbl and its on a sc'd 408

Or if U wanna keep the 4bbl and makeup the torque you can always install a kickass stall converter. Heard the Viper converter from KRC is really badass.

I might end up switching out to a 4 bbl later on. I am not totally sure on that though. I am willing to pay more because there is another back order on the M1 2bbl. Everyone I have talked to says that it will be awhile before they can get one. So, an extra $100 and a possible upgrade is worth it....

Hi and thanks for the great welcome.

I guess the next major project will be either a billet airhat, or rear disc brakes. I am going to machine my caliper mounting plate from 304L stainless and have my calipers powdercoated to match the truck. I figure the truck needs to stop befor it can go.

i have 2 of the 3 mods you mencion. only do the injectors if your stocks get plugged. they dont really help all that much. you will probably get more power out of a electric fan.

GET THE 1.7's NEXT!! best out of the ones you listed...BY FAR

At first they didn't remove my rev & speed limiter like I had signed the waiver for. I had gotten it back and they were still the same so I had to resend them my PCM again to have them do it right and after arguing back and forth I convinced them to up the rev limit to 6000 telling them that Mopar did it w/ their performance PCM, and they upped my speed to 135...Mopar takes it completely off but thats one thing Kenne Bell wouldn't do. If you have the 98mph speed limit forget it they won't up it at all. Over all I like it, I'll have to send it in ONE last time for my heads and cam. I recommend it, I was going to go w/ B&G Chrysler but $600 is way more than I want to spend for a flash.
