I would like to know if i lower my 97 v6 dakota 3 and 4 and put the R/T 17 inch wheels on it will they rub. And if so is there a way to stop it from rubbing.

nope i have a 3/5 drop and budnik trilogy II 17's with BFG 245/45/zr17 rubber(thanks to eric) and they havent rubbed yet, nor do they look like they will. but it also depends what series tire you go with i wouldnt go any bigger than a 50.
