dudes and duddettes,
okay i did as much mods to make my 2000 Dak V Sixer to look fast and be fast. the next thing is dropping my baby. what would be the cheapest way to drop it??? hangers? cutting coils? drop blocks? please let me know what site or what company i can go to help me with dropping my dak. i swear you all won't all regret with all the results i come with. i'll make this forum proud!!!!!!!!

the cheapest way would be to cut the coils and get a block. about $30 if you do it your self. if you drop it any more than 4" in the rear you need either shackles, or hangers and anymore than 5" you need to notch the frame.
do your self a favor and spend a little money and buy a kit. if you ever get sick of it or want to trade it in, you can always put it back to stock. and it will ride A LOT better!

first of never cut your springs..cheapest drop is a 2/3 drop...buy springs for a 2" drop up front and 3" blocks for the rear..don't forget when you lower your truck you will need to get differant shocks to accomidate for your lowered stance..
