I was wondering if anyone had a drop done on their Dakota in the Portland, Oregon area and could recommend a shop. Or if you just know of a shop that does it for a good price. I have the kit. It is a complete Belltech package, so I need a shop that will use my parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Call up LES Schwab tires, they do lifts and lower vehicles. I had them drop my 2k dak. the catch is they will have to purchase the drop kit and install it of coarse, this gives them the right to give Warranty. They do Bell Tech, DJM suspensions. drop in and see them.

i have a 2k 4.7 with a 3/5 djm i dropped myself. im with kev, les schwab is a good place to go-i should know i run the alignment shop at the store i work at. sorry like he said you gotta buy the kit from us.:(

I highly recommend Charleys Drop Shop.aka The Drop Shop. I've know the owner, Charley for over 25 years. He is totally honest and does know his craft. He can drop any vehicle. His suspension is known all over the states and has been featured at Rod and Custom shows as well as the main magazines.
He is in Portland 503-667-2636 off 21st and Marine Dr. Tell him Juli Link referred you.

Hey sorry this is not on topic but I need local advice. I live in the area and am looking around for 92-93, or maybe till 95 even, 318 Dakotas. Do you guys know any good dealers in the area that have any? Thomason, Tonkin? I'm having a hell of a time finding many.
Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Charley`s Drop Shop IS the only place in Portland that i would recommend!!
He is the BEST and has been doing lowering for ever !!!
Nice guy and like Juli said, VERY honest !!
