I just bought a 2002 quad cab. Of course im sitting 2 high. Can anyone offer advise on if I should do a body or suspense drop. Who makes and carries the best bang for my buck and the easiest to install. Also what are good products and sites. I welcome pics of some phat rides. Maybe I can get some ideas. Thanks

I think my 2002 QC is too tall as well. I am considering 2/4 lowering system with 18 inch wheels on 18/255/55 Nito tires.

I would like to hear what everyone thinks.

I have a 2k QC with the stock 15's and no drop YET. Needless to say, too high. I don't think I want to go with bags, because I don't think I will need to change the level of my truck, but you never know. Anyway, I just want a fairly in-expensive drop, 2/4 MAYBE a 3/5, but I want to buy bigger rims and tires as well. What's a good combo to have as far as drop and rim/tire size for the QC?

It's bad enough that it has to be such a pain to put a good system in my QC, please don't tell me it's going to be the same with the drop!!!

3/5 drop you can roll on stock wheels and
rubber. I am, cause the supercharger fund is
more important than rims right now.

you can run any size rim up to 20" if you really
wanted, it all depends on the offset of the rim,
and what size tire you want to run. as long as
you stick with the OAD of the stock setup (28")
you should be okay. most online tire shops
have a wheel/tire calculator, so you can figure
out the OAD of any wheel/tire combination.

I have a 2000 quad cab lowered with western a-arms in front and a DJM hanger kit in the back. I am running durango alum. rims on low 235/60/15 tires. fixing to put in air bags and have put in the mini c-notch already. I'm trying a behind the axle custom setup with the hope of not cutting the bed.
see it now before it goes lower at

Thanks, Sean
