Hey have any of you guys from texas heard of a small business that has a website called Myautostop.com?? I might be getting some rims from them b/c they have killer prices but I don't know if its legit or not. It's hard to trust people nowadays you know. I can get 20's shipped to my door for $1400 but its an overstocked special. So they said with an overstock special they only accept checks, cash, or money orders. So I am not sure if I should risk my $1400 to something I might never receive. Can I get some opinions or maybe some info about this business/website. Thanks in advance.

Check out 4 wheel parts in plano. They're on Plano Pkwy. between Jupiter and Shiloh, right at the RR tracks. They install everything they sell.

Hey wally 4 wheel parts are rip-off artists. I personally know of 3 instances were thay riped people for installs. They want $250 for a differential install and wont warranty it if you don't by the install kit $125. So your looking at an installed total of $375+tax. I hope your getting paid cash to advertise for them here because if the said the check is in the mail your screwed.

I was wondering if you ever got that stick out of your ass. I was simply saying that my dealings with 4 wheel parts have always been negative. They do have some good deals on products, but it is at the cost of high installation fees. I do most of my own work, but if I can get it done(with warranty) then why bother. Most of the work they charge you for doesn't get done right. I'm saying that if your going to charge that much for installation then the work should live up to that value.(it doesn't) I didn't want to flame you but I read in another forum were you again suggested 4 wheel parts to someone else. Maybe just a quinky Dink?

Hey 2K,
Tried and tried to get that darn stick out and finally realized it's not going anywhere. Makes driving a bitch!
They do have competitive prices and their delivery isn't shabby either with the dist. center just north of downtown. Unlike yourself, I've never had them install anything and to date my experience with them has been exceptional. Had I been through what you have I would be equally unhappy but I wouldn't be flaming somebody I don't even know. I'd be taking it out on the retailer and then offering ADVICE to others. With that said, I'm taking your advice and they will be added to my very long list of shops that will never see the underside of my truck.
If you and others have had similar experiences with a particular store or shop, start a thread on it and let the masses know.

They have never seen the underside of my truck and they never will. I was thinking of having a LSD unit installed and when I heard how"They Did It" I told them to stuff it. I wasn't flaming you personally...sorry if it came off that way. I Do all my own work, but if I can get it done for a reasonable price and warrantied then I may consider it. So far I can't find a shop that I get all warm and fuzzy about.

They actually turned out to be pretty ok. I mean I was a little skeptical at first because I would call and they would tell me different things, but I just figure they were not organized.. But all in all I did receive my product, so I think they were pretty good people.
