Subject: Front Shocks 2000 Quad Cab

Has anyone relaced there front shocks yet?? I can't find the torque for the bolts. Haynes hasn't released a manual, and the dealer says bring it in
for 75.00 we'll fix you up. I would rather do it myself. If any one can help I'd appreciate it.

Cant be that much torque, I would guess at 50-60 FT LBS.

Just tighten them up snug with a ratchet....the torques is probably around 40-50 lbs...don't be too worried about it, I have never used a torque wrench on shocks nor have I ever had a problem.
