I'm new to the board and recently ordered a
'02 QC SportPlus 4.7 5-speed. It came in on
Friday and I had a chance to inspect it. It sits
pretty good but I would like to lower it 1" in front
and 2" in the back. (Just enough to not be
mistaken for a 4x4)

I'd like to use a 1" drop coil in the front and a 2"
drop shackle in the back w/shims to correct
the pinion angle if needed. Is this a good
idea? It seems like all the kits drop a
minimum of 2/3.

I'd like to avoid blocks if possible. Will I need
new shocks with a 1/2 drop?

Can someone please point me in the right
direction?

Thanks, Lemmers
