I just installed this kit yesterday and it is awsome, I love it. Now the truck corners real good and feels like a different truck now. Strongly recomend this kit.

Well I dont have any pics, my friend has the digital camera, I got it from this guy on this site at a real good price, I took it around the town yesterday and man im getting alot of looks, I have a 98 CC slt.

Hey Jess,
I just got my G.F. 2/2 kit put on last week. You're right,,it's awesome how it handles now. How much did you pay for yours? Did it come w/hangers or blocks in the back? I payed under $300 shipped for mine. Came w/springs,'2blocks, and four shocks.

I got the 2/3 it has front coils and the whole leaf spring assembleys. No schocks yet, I got them from someone here on line.

I got mine from John Mercedes ( jmmtsb@prodigy.net ). He's beat everyone's price on everything I've ever inquired about. His website is www.southeastrt.com . My price was actually a mistake on his part,,I think he lost like $35-40 on it,,,but he didn't care. I think truckperformance.com also has a good price on them too,,but then they add shipping,,,unless there's a deal going on now?

I did the GF 2/2 drop and am going to replace the 2" blocks on the rear with 3" blocks to "level" out the truck. Only problem with dropping a truck is wheelhop but it's nothing too serious. The looks and improved handling were well worth it!

I was told that it's not a good idea to go w/blocks any bigger than 2 inches. I have the two inch blocks and will be getting the 3 inch hangers to level it out also.

too much stress on the leaf springs, and your
rear suspension will probably break if you
dump the clutch. and the ride will be really
rough.

jesse.. how's the ride feel? is there a lot of bumpsteer? i heard the ride was really harsh compared to the hotchkis setup. i also wanted the ground force kit cuz its way cheaper than other kits.

Well I think it rides alright, I have not intaled new schocks yet, but the only thing is the man holes, try to avoid them, but where I live my streets are not the gratest.
