I have some simple Questions for those of you that have bagged your Daks.

1) What is the usual cost for installation. I know it differs from area to area, but whats the price I should expect to pay for installation.

2) What are some of the better F/B kits out there, or should I buy it all separate?

3) Is linking needed, or is that just an option? What are the benifits of links?

Any and all help is appreciated.

you still need info?

If so, no you don't have to link it. I used to have a beltech mono-leaf & a 3" block on my rear setup. The bags were behind the axle & I had a 3" C-notch. (similar to a bolt-in, but mine was welded)

I now have a parallel 4-link & panhard bar. The bags are over the axle w/ a 10" step notch. The best way to get this though is to go through www.SuicideDoors.com AIM Industries sucks. Don't mess w/ them. Anyway, for the front you should be able to use stock upper & lower control arms. Plate the bottom arm so the bag can bolt to it, or get a lower cup to sit down in the pocket.

I would not recommend just a F/B setup. I also used to have that. You get ALOT of body roll from side to side when you make turns and stuff. The air can transfer from bag to bag. FBSS would be much better. You don't have to hook it up like that. But the diffrence is 8 valves instead of 4.

I would get as much as you can from Suicide Doors. They are awesome & will hook you up.

email me if you have any more questions.

I still have that Beltech Mono Leaf if you are interested in that. I'll let it go cheap.

I'll be completley honest with you, I have no clue what the mono leaf does or is.

I will be taking my truck to Shorty's Hydraulics in Houston Texas. You may have heard of them. Pick up any Lowrider Mag and he's there winning anything and everything that has to do with suspensions.

I was really planning on letting them do what they do best, and not bring them a stack of parts, ya know.

I would love to do it myself but I haven't the time or knowledge at this time. Also, It will be bagged on 22's and from what I understand, it requirs a little special attention.
