I have a 2001 RC 4.7. I currently have the R/T springs front and rear. I am thinking about a 2" lower A-Arm and 4" shackle hanger to get the 3/5 I want. I plan on keeping the 16" factory rims. My question is, with the 3/5 what is a good overall diameter tire? 255/55R16 would be 27". That's what I was considering. Any ideas?

I have a 98 RC sport with a 3-5 drop sitting on 255/55-18's (29") and have no clearance problems.

Just don't go 4/6 on the truck. I have a 4/6 on my 98 cc kota 5.2l, and I have clearance probs. When I went w/ 255/55R17's(upgraded from 15's)I couldn't stop the tires from rubbing, then I went to 255/50's and still had the problem...I invested in some spring spacers and it fixed the problem, for now, have some toxic drop shocks on order and I hope that'll help me out. Good luck w/ the drop.
