Subject: will this be a problem.....3/5 drop

I got a dak spt with sum R/T rims and 255/60 tires. Gunna lower it with a 3/5. I measured and this should be level. Will there be any rubbing conflict. Sometimes when i look at the front it looks like it will be fine then other times it just looks like 3 inches would cause a rub. Maybe its just in my head or how the truck was sitting. Thanx in advance for any help..

did you buy 3" a arms, or springs....I was
wondering if I could run R/T wheels with my
drop w/o them rubbing the control arms.

I have a DJM drop 3-6 with 3" control arms up
front, I have the stock wheels and tires
215/75/15 I think the overall dia is like 27.7"
a 255/55/17 is 28" so you should be okay if
you run a stiffer than stock spring. My stock
springs are really "cushy" and that causes a
lot of wheel travel, but only at high speeds.
I've rubbed my tire only like twice, and that was
with 3 other people in the truck. Its not a
major problem, just a little scuff, the wheel
doesnt pull or anything. Hopefully this helps.
