I bought 4" hanger kit on ebay (Good deal $96+ shipping) and springtech 2" lowering springs (I know they are not the best, but A-arms are too much for now) I'm looking for shocks (cheap but decent)

I was happy with the Summit Sport Truck shocks.. my mechanic says they were a real tight fit howevr, not surprising since Summit sells the same shock for use in many other applicatiosn e.g. S10/Blazer

they did not seem to be 'gas charged' as advertised, at least not like FWD struts I have dealt with- which had a restraining strap on them which when cut, the strut would shoot out and be virtually impossible to re-compress

also I must say that after about 1.5 years and approximately 20K miles the shocks seemed to be getting a litle soggy, but thats not too bad I guess. I thought they handled great especially with 235/60-15 Indy 500s on 7" wide 99+ Sport rims

Check out the Gabriel shocks from Advanced auto parts for the Durango, they work great for a 2/4 drop.
