I have a DJM Lowering Kit for sale. It's a 3/5 with the front coils, the rear hangers and shackles, plus shocks. I'll take $250 for the whole thing (drop kit and shocks). I used the kit for about a year, then I switched to air bags.

I've got a Ground Force '97-'00 2/3 drop kit for sale. The kit, which is designed for a v6 clubcab, includes 2" drop coils and 3" drop leaf springs. I also have a Hellwig anti-sway bar which I'd like to include but thats up to you (great handling around corners). The kit has 25,000 miles on it.
Price:
$275 with anti-sway bar
$200 without the bar

Couple of places, first you could pick up a copy of the truckin magazine that came out a week or two ago. there is a great article on lowering a Dakota in there. Or you could check out stylintrucks.com they have lots of parts and lowering kits for the Dakota. Or DJM components OR Belltech components. I would say hotchkis, but they only have a 2/3 drop and are very expensive compared to the previously mentioned sources.
Any other questions let me know, just check out some of these sites and see what you come up with.
