Alright-

First, what kit or pieces did you get for front and rear?
Second, is it an r/t?
Third, Did you make sure that the coils are properly seated top to bottom? There is a pocket on the bottom(of the control arm) that must be fitted and there is a rubber piece on top that must be fitted as well as the coils being centered.
I just lowered my r/t yesterday using coils up front and shackle mount/blocks in rear. After driving it for a few miles the coils did settle an additional 1/2" or so from where they were after lowering it down off the jack stands...

Did you order and install actual r/t drop coils? Basically, a 3" drop would be a 2" on an r/t. A 2" drop coil would be a 1" on an r/t.
I installed 3" western chassis drop coils which equate into a 2" drop on my r/t. You must have ordered 2" coils OR you have too much drop in the back. The best way to find your drop is to measure from the centercap on the wheel up to the bottom of the wheel well. This way you can see if the back is sitting lower than the front etc. You have to be careful when ordering because a lot of salesmen/vendors are not aware of these details.

If you wanted a 2" drop they probably sent you a 2" drop coil for a reg dak. They should have sent you a 3". How are they supposed to know what to send- they only work there!!
After installing my coils(3") it dropped my rc 2" exactly. Now I kinda want it another 1/2" lower...
