I have seen where guys alter the coil height to get a little added drop,,,I have 2 inch drop coils,,,,want to drop it another 1 inch,,,,I know most everyone says buy 3 inch drop coils,,or use control arms,,,but $$$ is talking,,,,how much can I cut to get a inch of drop....thanx

Take a quarter of a wind off of the spring, this will net you an inch of drop. Be sure to use a cut off wheel or a grinder, not a torch.
