OK, heres the deal - ive read and read all over this site and found no real good help so im putting up my own little post here.

I already ordered my W/C 2/4 drop and was wondering how everyone went at removing the old rivets?... whats the easiest way in a perfect world to get them old bastards out?

if i drill, once the head comes off, how do you get the rest out/// same for grinding or torching...

i may have access to air tools, what does everyone suggest?

what is the correct torque rating for the bolts on the Shackles and hangers?

if it helps, i have a 92' Dak LE, reg cab with a V6...
