Message: First off, if you have a 99 (like you name implies), there are no drop spindles. They don't have genIII drop dpindles. I know, it sucks.
And if you want a cheap 4 link, that's what you are going to get...a cheap 4 link. Spend some money at a good shop and have them custom fab you something. You'll be happier that you did.
