 Subject: Belltech Lowering Hangers, not the kit!

Hey guys, I picked up a set of Belltech lowering hangers that said it will lower the rear 2" and rear drop shocks, I was just wondering if anyone has used these and how much does it actually lower your back end???? How is the ride??? Also do I need to get new shackles?!?! It said it lowers 2" without getting new shackles, I just want to make sure?!?! Any input would be awesome!

here is a link to the hangers... the Header is 2" lowering hangers, but in the desciption it says up to 4" drop... whats the deal? :D
