 Subject: Best 4" Drop for rear?

I was wondering what the best 4" drop for the rear of my '97 5.2 would be? Shackles, hangers, new leafs? And are those Toxic Shocks any good?

Hotchkis leafs and maybe a 1" block. The most reliable and driveable. I've heard toxic shocks can be harsh, go with the valved Bilsteins, that's your best best.
